Employee Computer Usage Analysis
The analysis of an employee's usage of a computer (email, web browsing, blogs, documents, data copying etc) can be used to aid in any number of employee/employer disputes.
For example, there may be evidence of staff bullying, exposure to being offered drugs, drug dealing or experimentation, viewing unsuitable web sites, sending/viewing emails with unsuitable content, time wasted browsing the internet for non work related purposes, just to name a few.
This information can be invaluable in resolving disputes. The information can also be used where an employer or employee needs to defend themselves against false accusations.
In many cases, analysing activities is a relatively quick process that can divulge very valuable information. Note however, that there are strict privacy laws that need to be respected. Please contact us for further information.
