Employee Computer Usage Analysis

The analysis of an employee's usage of a computer (email, web browsing, blogs, documents, data copying etc) can be used to aid in any number of employee/employer disputes.

For example, there may be evidence of staff bullying, exposure to being offered drugs, drug dealing or experimentation, viewing unsuitable web sites, sending/viewing emails with unsuitable content, time wasted browsing the internet for non work related purposes, just to name a few. This information can be invaluable in resolving disputes. The information can also be used where an employer or employee needs to defend themselves against false accusations.
